What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order for custom printed lanyards is 100 pieces. Need fewer? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 working days from mockup approval. Rush orders may be available — email us to check.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes! Double-sided printing is available at no extra cost with dye sublimation. You can have the same design on both sides, or different designs.
What file format do you need for my logo?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG files. If you only have a low-res image, send it over and we'll let you know if it'll work.
Can I match my exact brand colours?
Absolutely. Send us your Pantone references or brand guide and we'll colour-match as closely as possible.
Do lanyards come with fittings included?
Yes — every lanyard comes with your chosen fitting (lobster claw, bulldog clip, etc.) included in the price.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — we keep your artwork on file, so reordering is quick and easy. Just tell us the quantity.
