At Patches 'R' Us, we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We fully support the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour — within our own operations and throughout our supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for Riley & Jojo Limited, trading as Patches 'R' Us, for the current financial year.

We take a risk-based approach to managing our supply chain. We source products and materials from a small number of trusted suppliers, which allows us to maintain close relationships and monitor working conditions effectively.
Where goods are sourced internationally, we work with established partners who operate in compliance with local labour laws and international standards. We require our suppliers to confirm their commitment to ethical trading practices and reserve the right to audit or terminate relationships where concerns arise.
Training & Awareness
We ensure that our team members are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and understand how to identify and report concerns. Our commitment to ethical trading is embedded in our company values and communicated to all staff and relevant partners.
Continuous Improvement
We recognise that combating modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility. We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our policies, processes, and supplier relationships to ensure we uphold the highest ethical standards. This statement is reviewed and updated annually by our directors.

Ethical Trading Policy
Patches 'R' Us is dedicated to conducting business in a socially responsible and ethical manner. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights, labour practices, and environmental responsibility throughout our operations and supply chain.
Safe Working Conditions
We expect all suppliers to provide safe, healthy, and fair working environments for their employees.
Fair Wages
Workers in our supply chain must be paid at least the legal minimum wage and not be subject to unlawful deductions.
No Child Labour
We have a strict no-child-labour policy. We will not knowingly work with any supplier that employs children below the legal working age.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and encourage our suppliers to adopt sustainable practices wherever possible.
Monitoring & Review
We regularly review our ethical trading practices and supply chain relationships to ensure compliance with this policy. Any supplier found to be in breach of our ethical standards will be required to take immediate corrective action, or we will terminate the relationship.
