We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or unlawful child labour within our own operations or knowingly within our supply chain.
We publish this statement voluntarily to explain the standards we expect in our business relationships and the approach we take to responsible sourcing.

Patches 'R' Us is operated by Riley & Jojo Limited from our studio and warehouse in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
Our work includes ready-made patches, custom patch production and related merchandise for individuals, businesses, clubs, organisations and events.
Our supply chain can include manufacturers, material suppliers, packaging suppliers, delivery providers and other specialist partners based in the UK and internationally.

Our business, customer service, quality-control and fulfilment operations are managed from our Cirencester base.
RESPONSIBILITY DOESN'T STOP AT OUR FRONT DOOR
A patch may be small. The supply chain behind it isn't.
Working responsibly means considering the people, businesses and processes involved before products ever reach our Cirencester studio.

Wherever practical, we build ongoing relationships with established suppliers rather than treating sourcing as a purely transactional process.

We recognise that risks can vary depending on the product, manufacturing process, country of origin and nature of the supplier relationship.

We expect suppliers and partners to operate lawfully and responsibly and not to use forced labour, trafficking or unlawful child labour.
Concerns & action
If credible concerns arise, we will investigate them and consider appropriate corrective action, including reviewing the supplier relationship.

Workers should have safe and lawful working environments.
Employment and remuneration should comply with applicable local law.
Suppliers must comply with applicable minimum-age and child-labour legislation.
Employment must not involve slavery, servitude, trafficking or forced or compulsory labour.

We keep the approach under review.
Supplier relationships and ethical sourcing practices can change over time, so we review our approach periodically and update this statement where appropriate.
