Reviewing Your Design
The first step of the process is to analyse your design and check to see what you're looking to achieve will be possible. Let us know your vision and what finish you'd like - are you going to go for embroidery or a more textured chenille finish? Smaller patches with fine details may not be suited for chenille but perhaps we can mix and match both embroidery and chenille to get the effect you want. We give the options so you can make an informed choice.
Choosing Your Colours
Match the colours in your design to your favourite shades from our colour palettes or be more specific and pop us across your Pantone references so we can match as closely as possible for you.
Pre-Production Samples
Before we commence with production we create samples for your review to ensure you're happy with the detail, colours and finish. If you need tweaks we'll re-process the artwork and provide a new sample for your approval before proceeding with production.

We like to keep the process as simple as possible, you can send us your brief by including these 5 elements:
1. Artwork
This can be a jpeg, png, eps or ai file, the main requirement here is that the design is as crisp and clear as possible.
2. Patch Dimensions
Let us know the height and width of the finished patch to ensure it will fit the intended space of your garment or accessory.
3. Finish
Would you like the final product to be fully embroidered, chenille or a mixture of both? If you

We quote based on iron-on patches as standard but do let us know if you'd prefer no iron-on backing or a stick-on adhesive (which is also iron-on).
5. Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is 20 patches per design and the more you order the more competitive we can get with our quote.
Our design team will analyse your requirements and we'll aim to come back to you within 1 working day with a quote (this is subject to the time of year, during busy periods this may increase by 1-2 working days).
Our production timeline is usually around 10-15 working days but increases during peak periods including Easter, Christmas and other events. If you're planning something special for any event we recommend getting your patch production booked in as early as possible.
